clean hotel top suite
The top suite i booked had two bathrooms. All conveniences WERE available except a washing machine. THE hotel was very clean when i checked in.
I noticed the rooms looked somewhat dated.

a cozy nest with mountain embrace
ski access spar shop helpful staff spacious balcony
the ski-in and ski-out access brought such ease to our mornings i stepped outside directly onto the slopes a spar shop was conveniently located on site making grocery runs effortless i found the staff very helpful always ready to assist with a warm smile our apartment had a spacious balcony i appreciated mountain views from it.
the spa jacuzzi could be slightly warmer for a more relaxing experience i thought

the front desk staff was attentive answering our questions and providing directions the shuttle service was prompt ensuring convenient transportation to the town center when needed they always greeted us with courtesy and attentiveness.

ski access helpful staff balcony view dated apartment carpet stain tired sauna
i appreciated the ease of ski in and ski out access to the slopes. the helios ski shop was very helpful. the balcony offered great views. i also liked the convenience of the spar shop for apartment essentials.
my apartment felt somewhat dated. i noticed various marks on the carpets and some broken toilet holders. the sauna pool area seemed tired and it needed a good clean.

ski access helpful staff
I loved the easy ski-in and ski-out access to the slopes. A Spar shop on site made getting groceries very convenient.. I also found the staff to be friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
The dishwasher in the apartment didn't seem to be working at its best.

shuttle bus amazing staff
the supermarket downstairs felt very convenient. the shuttle bus to the resort center worked well for me. the staff was amazing, they were friendly and helpful. the apartment was nice and had decent facilities.
the pool felt very cold, i was shivering after a few minutes.
